Printing
Mapal produces a range of superior polypropylene sheets that are designed to be printed using digital, off-set, litho and screen-printing methods. These sheets offer a great alternative to paper due to their greater resistance to tearing, water and chemicals.
Maximum Width: 1750 mm
Thickness: 150 micron to 3000 micron
Embossing Options: Gloss, Sand, Orange, Satin, Diagonal, Pix.
Off-set and Litho Printing - Conventional and UV
Mapal’s polypropylene sheets are manufactured with technologies and formulae that maintain the Corona treatment at a high level for at least one year under good storage conditions. A wide range of embossing options is available to meet specific needs.
Digital Printing
Hewlett-Packard (HP) approves a number of its Indigo Printers for printing on Mapal sheets. Our polypropylene sheets are specially manufactured to allow good ink adhesion with a one-year shelf life. This provides a cost-effective alternative to other plastics and substrates.
Screen Printing
Mapal‘s polypropylene sheets are suitable for use in all screen-printing machines. With a wide choice of colors, rigidity levels and other technical qualities, these sheets have a shelf life of more than 12 months.
