Slip - sheets are thin, pallet-sized sheets made of polypropylene.
The bottom side is very slippery assisting in easy movement on the floor while the top side is sticky to help hold the merchandize in place.
Slip – sheets are a good alternative to traditional wooden pallets with benefits like: cost saving over wooden pallets, increased volume of goods in the shipping container and warehouse and reduced stockyard requirements.
The unit load is usually stretch wrapped or shrink wrapped for stability. PP slip-sheets are particularly environmentally friendly as they are easily recyclable and are typically manufactured from recycled PP.
